Before downloading JournalLive you will need a PC running Windows 2000, XP or Vista.

1. On the File Download window click 'Run'

A File Download window will open asking you what you want to do with the file called JournalLive.msi. Click the 'Run' button.



You might see confirmation message asking you if you want to run JournalLive.msi. Click 'Run' again.

2. Follow the JournalLive Setup Wizard

When the download has finished the JournalLive Setup Wizard will start. The setup wizard will guide you through the rest of the JournalLive installation.

3. Launch JournalLive

After the installation is complete, you can open JournalLive at any time by double clicking on the icon in your system tray. You can use the 'Reports:' links to go directly to your online reports.
